Maria also advises employers on compliance with legal obligations and development of best practices to improve employee morale, increase productivity and avoid litigation. She provides engaging and effective sexual harassment and other employment related training, and she drafts policies, employee handbooks, contracts and agreements.

Depending on the nature of the case, Maria offers representation on an hourly fee or a contingency fee basis. Contingency fee means there is no fee unless there is a settlement or verdict in your favor. All rates are competitive.
